The Deputies and Bishops will meet, as needed, in a Joint Session.
The public is invited to visit and can observe the legislative proceedings, as permitted. Worship services are also open to the public as is the exhibit hall featuring numerous organizations, businesses, and groups representing a broad array of ministries, services, and products for congregations, dioceses, and related organizations.
Volunteers are a critical part of making General Convention. Hundreds of people volunteer at every General Convention in a variety of roles that range from being present for all of the event to spending an afternoon helping out.
