St. Paul’s Rock Creek Episcopal Parish unveils their newly installed stained glass window panels. One panel will feature Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray, replacing Confederate general, Robert E. Lee. The congregation also voted to include The Rt. Rev. Barbara C. Harris (first female Bishop of the Episcopal Church of the United States) and The Rt. Rev. John T. Walker (first Black Bishop of the Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Washington) on window panels as well.
